There is no better place on Nantucket to toast Thanksgiving than harbor side at Brant Point Grill during the restaurant's Thanksgiving Feast. A crisp view of the harbor is even more refreshing with one of BPG's signature seasonal cocktails, simply (and aptly) called "Cranberry Goodness" featuring a house made cranberry compote. Cranberry Goodness
Ingredients
2 oz Nantucket's Triple Eight Gale-Force Gin
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
Table Spoon of Homemade Cranberry Compote (store bought will work as well)
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Method:
Shake well and serve up in martini glass
Garnish with Skewer of Sugar Dried Cranberries and Sugared Rim
