There are many reasons to dine at Brant Point Grill; the stunning harbor view, the crisp cocktails, the superstar service, and of course the fresh new dishes on the menu this season! We've got the dish on the new dishes at BPG from a few of our most trusted 'Insiders' as they recently met with Chef Tom Pearson for a special sampling of the menu.
This dish is a top pick for a hot summer day, with its Asian flavor influence giving it a nice refreshing taste. The tuna is tender, the beans gave a nice crunch, and the crispy thin sliced wontons on top made for a can't be beat texture.
English Pea Soup
The English Peas Soup is so delicious it can be a meal in itself. House-cured salmon is centered in the bowl with the puree of fresh peas, cream and hint of mint poured table-side over the salmon. The delicate topping of salmon caviar is just the right amount of salty flavor to balance the crisp mint of the soup.
Chicken Liver Mousse
The Chicken Liver Mousse is one of the BPG's most popular dishes at the moment. Chef Tom's preparation technique gives the mousse a supremely rich and creamy texture. It is served with Italian style picked vegetables to really highlight the chicken's flavor.
New York Strip
Brant Point Grill is know for its steaks; the filet mignon or New York strip, are top choices if you're looking for perfectly cooked, tender, juicy meat, that is expertly seasoned, BPG should be on your radar. A great option to accompany any steak on the menu would be the colorful and fresh veggie salad. This is incredibly well-balanced with plenty of flavor and crisp greens, enhanced by snappy beets and tangy citrus.
