Before beginning work, employees must complete new hire paperwork provided by human resources. All employees must prove their identity and eligibility to work in the United States within three days of employment. You must complete an INS 1-9 form and present applicable, original documentation such as a passport, driver's license, or visa and I-94 card. All employees must provide a valid U.S. Social Security card in compliance with state and federal tax regulations.
