Critically-acclaimed Chef Daniel Boulud and his erstwhile protégé, Patrice Martineau, will collaborate on an intimate, five-course French dinner with pairings from Maison de Champagne Nicole Burke from Krug Champagne. The menu will feature locally-sourced ingredients, paying homage to the island's fishermen, farmers and foragers.
